XDQuest NPC not spawning

Hello, I recently purchased XDQuest and I seem to be running into an issue. I was looking for some assistance to see what is going wrong. When my building spawns sometimes the pasted structure is not properly built. The front window is obstructed or some other weird change. Along with that the Npc quest giver never spawns for me. If you can give me some guidance it would be greatly appreciated. spacer.png
