Ability to use kits for bounty targets?

I see there's an ability to specify a kit for the bounty NPC. Is it possible to specify kits and names for the bounty targets?

No it was just for the NPC for now , maybe in the future I’ll check it out , but as of now the items are given to the bounties via short names and skinid
