Applying Dynamic PVP and then applying the event causes death when hunting NPCs. I tested it after removing the plugin, and there were no issues. It seems like there is an error in the plugin.

Hi. Most likely, these NPCs have the IsNPC flag set to false and the server thinks they are regular players, not NPCs.
Try setting server.pve to false and check again.
