Issue with Important txt in zip file

So I was reading through the Important txt file and it says  "Scroll down to line 1584 and replace "public void..." to "private void". Do the same with line 1600."

This is what's on line 1584:

On line 448 this seems to already be there:

Sign Artist is already at version v1.4.1 Can you please recheck this and update the zip file where needed please as I don't want to start changing things and break something thanks.

 

Also is there a way to run this without using the "Humanlights.system.dll" as I don't have a way to add this on my "rented server"
