used to kill players

Players can spawn their vehicles on top of others.. in affect killing them, can you add a check to see if a player is where the vehicle will spawn and force it to spawn next to the player or reject the spawn?

I’ve also encountered this issue: players on my server are spawning a minicopter inside textures, getting on it, and using this bug to kill other players.

It honestly feels like the developer has abandoned this plugin. Is that the case?
