Not allowing killing sleepers in abandoned bases

Worked before the last update, everyone could kill sleepers in abandoned bases. Not sure if maybe the true PVE plugin is messing with it since its been updated recently as well. Have it set in config to allow killing sleepers as well.

heya. I tested this for you in Abandoned Bases, and it is working on my server. 

any plugin could tell TruePVE to not allow it, but it won't block it in the event otherwise

so it would be some other plugin blocking it then.
