No Welcome Panel for me

Hey Guys,

I have installed the instructions for the Shop UI step by step as given. 

Every time I call the /shop command, it tells me:

"Shop is set to be used as addon for WelcomePanel."

I have tried this with all 4 folders. Unfortunately, no Welcome Panel opens for me. 

Did i need a other Welcome Panel Plugin from the Shop?

Can anyone help?

These lines also pop up in the console, although I have done everything as described in the description. I am a bit confused.

Did you add the Name Shop to the section          Addon (plugin name)

And after you add it, you access it threw the control panel, not with a command
