You're on the wrong theme if you want the one that has the house icon.

You can select that theme in the theme selector.

In the editor,  you can change what that panel says.
Or, you can use the theme selector and change your theme or select the same one. I posted an update to the theme which replaces that text with your actual server name.
That does not require a plugin update.

Or, if you want to change it to something specific, you can do that too.
I posted a screenshot of where you can go to change that. Clicking that ? by the text line you'll be able to see a list of placeholders that you can use if you so wish.

As for the colors "disappearing", it looks like you're missing both a closing size and color tag.
