Teleport to Players with prefix

Hi, Im using the Clans plugin on my server, and players who are in a clan receive a [prefix]. However, it is not possible to teleport to such players through the menu. Could you please look into this? Thank you in advance!

having the same issues with same plugin... im using betterchat prefixes and Clans plugin.  As soon as i disable the "Clans" betterchat option, i can tp, view inv etc.. otherwise "player not found"
