NPC loot tables

I am trying to use ' assets/rust.ai/agents/npcplayer/humannpc/scientist/scientistnpc_full_any.prefab ' as that tool table is not over powered. For some reason the convoy npc loot is still ' assets/rust.ai/agents/npcplayer/humannpc/scientist/scientistnpc_oilrig.prefab ' even though I changed it and saved the config file, then reloaded the plugin. Is there something wrong with assets/rust.ai/agents/npcplayer/humannpc/scientist/scientistnpc_full_any.prefab or my config?

Clear the standard loot table:

And then you'll get the loot from the DEFAULT scientistnpc_full_any. 
To use alpha loot for this, you need to replace the NPC prefab with this one in the NpcSpawn config and set false here
