Able to recycle item with skin

Hello. So I am having an issue where players can still recycle the item "paper" with the skinID "3276105427". I have it defined like this in the config

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

Changed Fixed In to Next Version

Hey, thanks for letting me know. There seems to be problems with an update, I'll fix it and upload it to you right away.
