Can you explain me in detail how to use Commands?

I dont want to sell presents or other Items, i just want to setup Commands like: sputnikstart (console) or a Chat command /.

Hey, the commands means the npc sell a item (it's a preset just because player can unwrap it) with skinid so when player tries to unwrap it the command will execute
