No nodes

There's no cliffside topology on this map, so no nodes are spawning

Hi, for node spawns I added decor and clutter topology, as they work the same as cliffside.

I wasn't seeing many spawn so I ended up using SpawnControl, however since there's no ocean topology its spawning alot of nodes in the water, not sure if this is on purpose for the new water vehicle.
There's a bug with the penitentiary as well, you can't climb up the ladder and through the hatch on the roof, there prefab under the helipad is blocking it., I ended up just deleting this to fix it
