Upgrade/Downgrade

Able to upgrade and downgrade building by sprint and using click or right click even without a hammer.  Not sure if this is intentional, but players seem to prefer it not to work like this.  The most request way for it to work is by only upgrading/downgrading when using the hammer and shift+click.  When players are applying wallpaper they sometimes hold shift while sprinting between tiles, which cause inadvertent change of building grade. 

Also if this can be changed, we should get a distance var broken out to the config json so we can change the distance at which a building block can be upgraded from. 

 

Plugin updated.

Now it's required the use of the "Hammer" to upgrade/downgrade a building. (SHIFT + LEFT/RIGHT MOUSE CLICK + HAMMER IN HAND)

Not added the distance var, i didn't see that, it should be added the next update. Sorry
