Hi, Question about setting up rewards

There is the option: "rewardAll": true,

 

Does this mean that EVERYONE on the server gets the reward or only those who are registered at the TC or in the group? We had a case yesterday where people got the reward who were not involved in the event at all and were not registered at the TC and were not in the same group

It will only reward all that are on the tc.
