The images are not loading in. after wiping the server. 
After players disconnect and reconnect the images are loaded in. but this should not be an issue ? 

In the support area for this plugin i saw that there were multiple issues with this. from may 5... and currently its the end of Aug. 
Any ETA on when this will be fixed ?

Hi. You have problem with ImageLibrary. 
When you wipe your server, if you delete server file like sv.files, then you must delete imagelibrary data file too
