Carbon compatibility

Hi was wondering if there is anything special I need to do to get this plugin to work with Carbon.

I tried it on my Carbon server but it only places the ghost item, so for example a recycler places a large box, it does still however work with my Oxide server for the moment.

Someone else reported same thing on carbon, looks like "OnEntityBuilt" hook is not triggered in carbon or something, tested it on oxide few days ago and it works just fine.

Changed Status from Pending to Closed
