switch the rate counting mode

Hi, could you add an option that can switch the rate counting mode?

for now if the player has several privileges, it will select the one below in the config.

could you add an option that enable the option will make it sum all the rate in each privileges instead to select the one below.

for example, if the default rate is 1.0, vip1 get 2.0(1.0+1.0) rate and vip2 get 3.0(1.0+2.0) rate, if I get both privileges, then my rate should be 4.0(1.0+1.0+2.0).
