Server Rewards Not Getting Rewarded

I have been using this plugin for several wipes now and players are not getting awarded RP for the Tops that they are in when wipe happens.  Do I have it set up correctly?

I was having issues before that. Is my config correct?

Configuration is correct.

Yes, rewards were never given out.

Your server can't properly start giving out rewards after a wipe.
You should disable automatic rewards and just use the server command.

Why? What is different about my server? You have a feature in your plugin that doesn't work...

I have over 150 plugins. I use Carbon.

Well, we're gonna need the logs anyway.
And besides, there is no 100% guarantee that the plugin will work correctly on Carbon. The plugin is being developed and tested on Oxide. ( Carbon - only the compilation of the plugin is tested )

I think you need to calm down. I have purchased 5 of your plugins. I am not your enemy, but a paying customer. Sorry for quoting you, didn't realize that was a problem for you.

I am attaching the log file from the last wipe. The server was started at 22:09:25 after wiping on 7/4.

The plugin didn't pay out RP when I was on Oxide either, so I don't think it is a Carbon issue. I have had this issue for several months now.

22:16:47  -  plugin unloaded.

Well, where was I wrong? Your server loaded the plugin and unloaded it 37 seconds later.
There's no way the rewards would have gotten to the players in that time.

And I'm not sure the OnNewSave hook was even called.

That was because rustedit had an update and restarted the server. 

Like I said, I have had this issue for months over several wipes. Here is our log on our last wipe on Oxide. It looks like the plugin was unloaded after 2 minutes, would that have been enough time to pay rewards? I am not using the Wipe Data Cleaner  plugin anymore, but it looks like it unloads all the plugins to wipe the data files I specified.

In general, plugins should not be unloaded immediately after server startup. This will break not only my plugin, and others. Also the risk of breaking data files.

Here is the log from yesterday's wipe. No plugins were unloaded when the server started as you can see by the log. Nobody was given RP from XStatistics.

I see that the plugin was fully initialized 32 seconds after the OnNewSave() hook was called.

This data is enough for me to think about how to make it work on servers like yours.
Lots of plugins, so there are delays in initialization.

This works fine for me and other plugin users, using Oxide.

And the fact that you reply once 2-4 weeks, helps a lot with bug tracking....

Dude, I have bought XBuildingSkinMenu, XSkinMenu, XPanelPlus, XRestartUI, and XStatistics from you. Can I get treated more like a paying customer and less like a pain in your ass? The reason I was taking so long to respond, was because I had to wait for our wipes to see if it paid out rewards and then to get the log file for you.
