Could you look at permissions that allow a player to position an ATM and any transactions have a tax percentage that goes to the player/Owner.  This would be a good role to give a player as an incentive to place ATM's around the map.

Im working on update and I will be adding depo/withdraw fees on ATMs but there wont be any feature to allow players place their own ATM.
