I have the same issue, however I do have a quick fix to get Police Vehicles back into your servers, but you will need to fuel up some of the vehicles because of  removing these lines.
If you are using version 1.5.0 comment out the following lines by placing // at the beginning of the line: 286, 394, 427, 494, 628, 786, 1201.  The keyword you are looking for is AddStartingFuel and GetFuelContainer.

Hopefully the Dev will get a proper fix soon.
