Multiplier=10 means that the magnification of the giant excavator is equal to 10, while PlayerMiningQuarryGlobalRate=10 means that the global acquisition magnification is equal to 10. This setting is directly set in the ExcavatorGatherMultiplier.cs of plugins, and I will add a config configurable file in the next version update!
