Description needs an update

Hello,

could you please update the description for the permissions.

The following permissions are currently not described:

• nolimit
• noscoreboard
• points.vip
• restedxp.10
• vip.starting.points

I will add the description for noscoreboard, but the others are explained in the config.

Yes you are right, but that means someone has to buy the plugin first to have the config file, which he can use to find out what possibilities the plugin offers
