特定の場所にのみ基地を出現させる方法がよく分からないので、教えてください。

Create the file with this plugin https://umod.org/plugins/spawns-database

I created it using this, but I don't know how to proceed from there.

that is how you do it. create a spawns file then add it to the rb config. reload plugin.

example:

"Spawns Database File (Optional)": "gurepon"
