No combat block in raid zone

I just found out that if you are inside the dome and get shot and leave it, you arent marked with combat block.

Could this be changed so that players can be combat blocked in the dome?

If this happens outside, go inside and then again go outside, the combat block stays.

It should work just fine, but if you are free today sometime i will need help testing it on my test server since this is a player vs player issue & i'm alone, lol.
