how to use this plugin

I downloaded it and I'm using myrustserver how can I apply this plugin to my server and what is the commands for it

If you take a look at the downloaded file, you will see a requireplugins.txt This has a full list of plugins that are configured for 100x multiplier. You would have to download whatever plugin you would like then replace the oxide config file with the one included in 100x download file from here.
