Unusable map topology

Using a progen map a team built in the snow and is getting a message saying they cant start the event because one or more of the base foundations is on unusable topology. Any remedies?

There is a command to run to check foundations as a location is being built. It will explain the reason for the topology error with symbols indicating the reason as well as which foundations are okay.
