Error when reopening bank

i open the bank add an item then close then open again and nothing is in there and i get this error please fix

Deleted my Data & Config seems to have worked 

I do have an issue after placing an skinned item inside the bank then restart or refresh will loose its info so im using the pocket dimensions so small skinned box and it has a flame icon on the item when its activated when its placed it lose all info and becomes a fresh pocket dimension. any chance you can fix the item being save as this would fix it for epic items too.
