Supply drops are not locked to player?

    For some reason thrown supply signal drops are not locked to the player who threw them on my server. The plugin correctly broadcasts to chat but i had two other people come over and see if they could access it and they could. It's not an auto spawning Supply drop.

    Any ideas?
