Plugin will not load

I uploaded the plugin and it will not load at all. I receive the following error.

One other question for you. My menu does not look like the one in the video. I don't see a button to "Delete" loadouts. 

Ohhh, I see. I must have removed the "X" from the loadouts when I added support for welcome controller. I will have an update for this today

Well, actually, it's there in the top right. However, the text must be too big
