Issues when the server restarts

Hi I'm having an issue when the server restarts that cause the wagons to become useless and unable to move from track to build or back, it is also causing the control panels to disappear on the train leaving it as to all intents and purposes a static platform.

HI there... I have a petite question...

When I spawn a wagon, in my base,  AND when my server restart, the wagon I own disappear magically... Me and my friends don't understand, even if we have a telecomand in hand, the wagon don't come back on the rail after recall.... telecomand just says bzzzz bzzzzz.... no wagon... Can you fix it? thankx
