Rolled back to 3.1.5 - images are still not loading

Also went through the process of cycling Hud and ImageLibrary:

I also tried hosting the images myself and putting their URLs in the config. This did not work to fix the issue on 3.1.5 OR 3.1.6.

I rolled back and everything is perfect now. something strange with the latest version. 

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

I upgraded to 3.1.6 and the images loaded (pointing to my hosted versions) after a server restart.
