Patrol Heli freezes and stays in one spot

I was told to make a support ticket regarding my issue. This is my config settings for Patrol Heli.

"Patrol helicopter spawn chance (0 - 100%)": 0,
  "How long the helicopter will patrol the airfield (in minutes)": 5,
  "Helicopter damage multiplier": 1.0,
  "Helicopter health": 10000.0,
  "Helicopter main rotor health": 900.0,
  "Helicopter tail rotor health": 500.0,
  "The patrol helicopter will not patrol the airfield if it has found a target": true,
  "Make helicopter fly away after end of patrol time": false,
  "Spawns a helicopter right on the airfield(if false, then the helicopter will arrive from afar in a few seconds)": false,
  "Helicopter patrol range": 150,

Judging by your config, the patrol helicopter should not spawn at all. Please give me the current config

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

So far I have not been able to detect the problem, I will test for some more time

I still can't see the problem. How often does this happen? Is there anything that can affect this, maybe you can help me with some information

This usually happens when the hei patrols around airfield and get's shot by a player. After it get's shot, it would move then would get stuck in one spot.

Quite mysterious, because I haven’t changed the program code associated with the helicopter for quite a long time. Is this still happening on your server?

Yes it does. I had to turn off heli, sadly

I still couldn't see the problem. Is it possible for you to make a video for me?  And please check if the problem exists on a clean server without other plugins
