Do you see any errors in console when you open that UI?
If so most likely there's an issue with the config, data, or lang file for PermissionsManager.

If you see an error paste it here and I'll tell you which. 👍

I tryed restarting the server and i did a fresh install, but that didnt worked either

Do you see the plugins listed if you view permissions for a player, rather than a group?
Not the point, I know, but it could help with troubleshooting.

No, the only thing thats working is when i click in a player and see which group he is sign on

Other then that, all blank and with no error...

Never happened before, i'm thinking is carbon, all my 6 rust servers started to have that same problem, but i didn't notice when I switched 2 weeks ago, only now

i am having the same issue my server is running on carbon and this stated a few weeks ago where /perms works perfectly fine but when i try to click on a player or group no permissions show

Already open connection (port=3306;connectiontimeout=10;characterset=utf8mb4;pooling=False;defaultcommandtimeout=120;allowzerodatetime=True), using existing instead...
