Command with 600s cooldown shows 6 hours

Command for Personal Heli has a cooldown of 600 seconds, but shop is showing 6 hours.  Changed this to 1, still shows 6 hours.  Set to 0 and it disables.  Back to 1, and it shows 6 hours again.  This was an upgrade from 1.2.26, ran the required upgrade command "shop.convert.from.1.2.26".
