Clan chat formatting issue

Hi when using clan chat the formatting of the text shows instead of changing the color of the chat it shows up as [#a1ff46]. Config is default other than a few changes to wipe settings. clan chat is enabled, "Working with BatterChat?": true, I assume batterchat is betterchat?. I've attached an image to show the issue.

are you using BetterChat on your server?

And BetterChat support is enabled in the config, right?

Open the Language file and find the following and change, I tested it and works great
