truck does not appear

I launched the event several times but after recycling the car, the refueling signal starts but nothing happens, no truck, no NPC... what could it be?

to be more precise, instead of the truck a crate drops to be looted (the supply drop)

Is there a chance that you use the BetterAirdrop harmony mod @Ghosthunter? If you do then another customer just helped confirm in the Mad Mapper Discord that it caused the exact issue you are describing.
