Unable to load, what's going on?

Hey! Read the message on the top.
Plugin requires CarbonAliases extension as it is wrote on Carbon with performance in mind.
CarbonAliases all it does it just creates aliases for plugin in oxide ecosystem, no performance impact at all.

But he can't load! How else can I do it

Extension is required for correct plugin working.
make sure you;ve placed it in correct folder listed in CarbonAliases description.

Do I need to restart the server?

Yes.
You gave me idea to include plugin that will load it onto running server
