Make sure you have the latest Oxide, I am not getting that error.
There have been a couple updates.

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

I have checked and re-downloaded the latest Oxide and still facing the issue, when I tried it on the Windows server it worked fine but does not work on the Linux server 

That tells me that it's a Linux Oxide bug, the plugin itself won't have anything that will work differently on Windows vs Linux .

You most likely have an error in the config json?

try removing the config and letting it create new.

it resolved after changing the rule section back to default in the config file.
