Make sure you have the latest Oxide, I am not getting that error.
There have been a couple updates.

I have checked and re-downloaded the latest Oxide and still facing the issue, when I tried it on the Windows server it worked fine but does not work on the Linux server

That tells me that it's a Linux Oxide bug, the plugin itself won't have anything that will work differently on Windows vs Linux .
