Advanced Hit Bar

Good afternoon, add a function so that you can disable the hitbar command for players, and you can configure it yourself so that the Default is not blue but red

Players can customize their hitbar colour and enable/disable it from the chat command /hitbar 

I will make a new version that allows server owners to enforce all players to start with a specific color.

The UI is not my thing, it seems to have gone up, but it has become thick, I want it higher, but it doesn’t go higher at all, could you help?
