Players can build outside Zone

Hello. So with some testing, players can build outside the zone and when they close it, the stuff they placed stayed... Which means they can spawn rockets, guns, etc and use it outside their zone after they close it...

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

Changed Fixed In to 1.1.05

Changed Status from Work in Progress to Gremlins

Changed Fixed In from 1.1.05 to 1.1.06

Fixed on version 1.1.06, sorry for the late response/fix, yesterday was a day of celebration for Argentina hahaha
