Not Starting at server restart

It looks like a good replacement, but after a server restart this plugin won't start back up - i have to physically load the plugin for it to start.

Any idea's what's causing it?

On restart is there anything about this in the server or oxide logs?

Please set the config variable useSchedule to true if it is not.  If that clears it I have a fix.
