Modern houses were created according to real drawings of houses. Perfect for RP themes. There are only 3 houses with many rooms. Somewhere 1 garage, and somewhere 2. The textures of the houses are different, one house is brick, the other is half-brick and concrete. Each house has a second floor and a balcony. The pool is an integral part of these houses. They look best on the shore by the sea. In the folder there is immediately a finished street of these houses and the houses themselves separately. Total 1300 prefabs

A modern styled PVE prefab that can be used for Roleplay purposes and not only . It comes with height mask , splat mask , biome mask and topology mask. It comes mostly empty due the fact that most people in my experience preffer to furnish them themselves than have them already furnished if requested it can be furnished. ~Car from the pictures is not provided ~ To use this on your map copy the files from "Custom Prefabs" folder into your "CustomPrefabs" folder in RustEdit directory and after that you can see your new prefab in the Custom Prefabs list in Rust Edit.

IMPORTANT: In August 1st, 2022, this creation will no longer be supported but It will available to purchase and download. _ This luxury villa built on the rocks has a hot-tub on the main terrace, two smaller terraces on the second floor and an observation post on the third floor. The lights outside the villa and the heaters inside the hot-tub automatically turn at night and turn off at sunrise. This monument comes with two versions: Light version with all ceiling lights OFF and Original version with those lights ON. Both versions have a manual switch in the basement to turn the heat ON. Those this monument are part of Tahuata! _ The basement has a secured room that can be accessible after activating 3 buttons (A, B and C in order) Those buttons are hidden around the villa. There are also 3 furnaces encased inside the wall and a recycler accessible to players without resolving the puzzle. _ The first floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen with custom made furniture and a fireplace. _ The second floor has one bedroom, one bathroom and two small terraces. _ The third floor has the best view from the observation post.
