Graveyard Spawning in players bases and new Rock formations

Hey, we have been running this plugin this month and it seems to be having problems with picking bad spawn points. I have attached pictures showing it spawning inside player's TC range, as well as inside the new rock formations. Its a fairly consistent issue happening a few times an hour. We have mostly found out due to the fireball burning down bases when they despawn. 

There are no errors in the logs, or anything weird or out of place it just seems to pick bad spawn spots.

Are you running a custom map or procgen?

Proc gen, the seed is 2130205458 and the size is 5000

same issue here just spawned in my base inside of a god rock
