Program will not run.

I downloaded and attempted to run the extracted App as an admin. Bypassed the Windows defender error that popped up claiming it was a virus. Now I just get a popup window that says windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. I'm not sure what is going on or how to correct it. Seems like it will be an amazing program once its running, I just want to get there.

I have already sent the file to the Windows Defender team for analysis and it should be fixed in the next few days.

Have you tried starting the file on your desktop, possibly with admin rights.
Otherwise please download it again.

I suspect they are missing the authorizations.

I have all permissions set. I have it bypassing the windows virus warning. I have tried to move it to other drives. I've deleted and re-extracted. I have re-downloaded the files and looked at permissions before clicking on it so I could have a fresh try at unblocking it. every time I end up with the same message. I am on a Win11 machine if that has any affect on it. I'm just trying to make sure it doesn't have to be in a specific place like with my local host files or something. Do I need supporting software other than Steam and Rust? I greatly appreciate to quick response time as well and hopefully this will help anyone else having the same problems. 

I was finally able to get it working by manually entering windows defender and allowing the program to make changes. Worked perfect as soon as I was done.
