Console Error:

Could not initialize plugin 'WaterEvent v2.1.4' (JsonSerializationException: Cannot deserialize the current JSON array (e.g. [1,2,3]) into type 'System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2[System.String,Oxide.Plugins.WaterEvent+SpawnInfoNpc]' because the type requires a JSON object (e.g. {"name":"value"}) to deserialize correctly. To fix this error either change the JSON to a JSON object (e.g. {"name":"value"}) or change the deserialized type to an array or a type that implements a collection interface (e.g. ICollection, IList) like List that can be deserialized from a JSON array. JsonArrayAttribute can also be added to the type to force it to deserialize from a JSON array. Make sure always to read the update notes if you are skipping over more than one version.

- Before updating the plugin, you need to delete the old plugin configuration file (oxide/config) from the server!!!
- Before updating the plugin, you need to delete the old data files (oxide/data/WaterEvent) from the server!!!
- Before updating the plugin, you need to delete the old lang plugin files from the server (oxide/lang/ru/WaterEvent and oxide/lang/en/WaterEvent)!!!

These are in the update notes for 2.1.3 make backups of those files if needed but you need to create fresh files for the update.
