Works, but the gather rate is messing up my multiplier

I have changed my rates using a plugin and all works fine till this event starts, It then drops the rates down to vanilla gather rates. I was hoping and would like to see it leave the rates alone, and allow it to just gather .

I figured out that this plugin uses a min and max gather.. Thats ok thoughj i just bumped up the settings.. Maybe changing this to not use this min and max? OR make it so you can use min and max OR use flat rates? That would be awesome. In config 

Use Min/Max?: false,

You can also achieve flat rates by setting Min/Max the same value

Changed Status from Pending to Closed
