Can you please tell me how I can change the time zone (UTC ) to my time zone (EST) also I want the time to be displayed like this MM, DD, YYYY, please?

It's not currently coded to allow changing the time zone, and if it's for players to see then I don't recommend doing so as players join from all different countries and time zones.
As for the time format also the same answer.
