[Request] Add a spawn chance

    Simply put, I would like the ability to have a spawn chance attached to each tier. Be able to change it myself rather then it being hard coded. But the nightmare bradley should spawn less often then the easy bradley. Would be nice to have this feature and would be super helpful.
