Text file and reloc file?

There is only a txt file and a reloc file. Where do I place these? I saw another post about the rust edit folder but where is this? Could I get the full directory

Do I need this first? I am just using a standard map. I wish this was explained on the main page https://www.rustedit.io/threads/rustedit-oxide-umod-extension.695/

after installing this there is still no Rustedit\CustomPrefab can you please provide instructions on how to get this working... Do I need a custom map? Is it even possible to add this to a non custom map?

No this still in't working I kind of gave up xD i installed this https://github.com/k1lly0u/Oxide.Ext.RustEdit/blob/master/Oxide.Ext.RustEdit.dll but where am I supposed to install your dll?
